Processing and spatial rights

Under UK GDPR, spatial property data and real-time video streams are processed under the lawful basis of contract performance. When you initiate an AI scan, you authorize SeekResolve to analyze visual and acoustic markers solely to identify active maintenance faults. This diagnostic profile is shared only with the dispatched trade specialist.

We enforce a strict zero-retention policy. Once a trade specialist is assigned or the session expires, all associated video frames are permanently deleted from our temporary buffers. We do not maintain historical property maps, structural blueprints, or video archives, ensuring your physical security is never compromised.
